A Real-Life Bloodmoon... PLUS!

This upcoming September 27th-28th, there will be not only a Blood Moon, but a SUPER Blood Moon! In other words, it's a triple-whammy celestial event in which the Earth's shadow envelops the Moon, turning it a red shade, WHILE the Moon is at one of it's closest points to Earth, causing it to appear larger in the sky. So, on September 27th-28th (depending on where you live), there's gonna be a big frickin' red moon in the sky.

Sounds like a good time for Takofanes to show up, eh?
It makes sense, if you don't think about it.

    BLOOOOODMOOOOOOON!

    I'm hoping Cryptic does set out some zombie heroes for us during this time. I kinda like Bloodmoon over the other events. Zombie heroes should get a buff though. I mean, look at them. They fall over in SECONDS!​​

    No don't buff the zombie heroes, that sets an evil precedence that makes me have to WORK for my devices.

    This is the second one this year, hopefully Champions Online doesn't miss the opportunity to keep people inside and away from these happenings in the sky.

    They should add XP to those forsaken Crypts so there is a reason to run them.
    Every damned year I meet people who want to go into Crypts and waste my double xp bonus.
    Tired of telling new players "That content is a waste of time, don't bother."

    But the crypts are a good place to farm self-revive and pet devices, which are at least useful in fighting rampages.

    You can tell there's a significant astronomical event visible to the naked eye happening because it's raining in Pittsburgh.
