Random black screen attacks and blu screen

hello I was wondering if anyone else has been having an issue like this where your drivers suddenly fail and a black screen would appear while in game wondering around or getting into combat with various foes its been happening to me for some time now changing settings do not seem to help with it either so I'm looking for help upon this matter if there's any
