Error updating subscription

Hi, i'm trying to update my account from silver to gold, after adding a new payment method i select the suscrption option and choose the new method then hit summit, after some seconds i recieve the mensagge "Error updating subscription" and below that appear the option to upgrade to gold in Star Trek or Champions, any solution for this?, sorry if my english is not good.
