Shadow strike does not scale in pyramid power?

I don't know if this is a bug or intended but stealthed shadow strike does not seem to scale up in Pyramid Power. I have been trying to see if this is the case in Radiation Rumble as well, but so fare every enemy in there either dies before I charge the attack or huts me with an AOE before I finish the charge. I will update when i get into a good test run.
I don't duel anymore since the level 6 hit my level 8 for 15k in one shot instantly

    Shadowstrike likely has very convoluted code (relative to everything else), given its somewhat unique status as tie-in power to a passive, that it had to be balanced around Sneak vs. no Sneak, and that it needed to be crit-disabled and not scale w/ most other dmg increases. That latter one is prob the main culprit here.

    I think many sep entity powers and pets also dun receive the Burst buffs- not sure if that's intended or not, but it does hurt certain kinds of builds in those Alerts.
