Looks okay for ranged PA, though I'd consider Reconstruction Circuits over BCR for PA builds using Overdrive. Shoulder Launcher and Minigun are a bit redundant (w/ Minigun + adv outperforming SL due to the debuff), but perhaps SL is being included as an alpha strike. I'd also get Minigun to R2 if using it regularly w/ the debuff.

Ego isn't doing much as a secondary SS. I'd consider Con SS, or if sticking to being really squishy ya can opt to take Rec SS (since OD scales best w/ Rec), or take Dex SS (which interacts well w/ Int PSS's Expertise), or make Ego the PSS and drop Int. If sticking w/ Int PSS, then I'd take Expertise over Tinkering regardless.
