Supergroup Bases

One of the defining elements of City of Heroes was the headquarters you could have in a supergroup. Now Star Trek online has star bases, dilithium mines, spires, embassies etc. how is it champions online still doesn't have something for supergroups to gather for rp purposes or even special items. A lot of us would like to feel like we have built our own little justice league, not just a rag tag of passing heroes.
