Focus Stacking with Dex AND Str

Basically, Focus should rank with Dex AND Str (whichever is higher) like it used to. It would be a great alternative for the Str users to use another form other than Enrage.

Aspect of the Machine scales to Str and Ego....if you want to take the time to hit 40 on the AT it's from.

Yeah, but aspect of the machine can't help you proc "rush"

and...why not have a str scaling form that applies enraged when you charge a melee attack to at least 50%?

I'd rather see all forms simply stack with your highest super stat. If I want to make a str / con build, but want to use punches that don't knock, I don't have to figure out some ridiculous BS with forms / powers / stats. I could just use FotT and not worry about the terrible energy returns / scaling from not having any dex.

that's one side of it...the other side of it would be, well...people would be able to use specs to stack up an ungodly amount of defense, typical of a might tank....on a ranged build that does impressive damage, in other words...an annoyingly OP char.....or better yet, if this was the case I could take my 800+con uber tank, give them a form and actually deal more than "lulz" level of damage, making them unfairly overpowered...
