    Many textures like this one ended up like that when they added Glowing parts to the game. Some pieces don't have it, some do. Would be nice if all costume pieces in the game would be passed over and had their textures fixed, among some other fixes, and all materials that exist added to all costume pieces. But that's kinda my wish.

    Yes... can we please get a costume review done? fix all the glaring issues with several existing costumes... texture issues, color issues, glow issues, materials, mysteriously missing parts, fix missing categories... you know... all of the important stuff...
