Help with Storm Build

I need help deciding which super stats to go with. I'm currently looking at (Rec, End, Con), (Con, Ego, End), (Con, Ego, Rec), (Ego, End, Rec)

My current build is below, keep in mind this is mostly a lvl'ing build right now. It does good damage but I worry about Survivability later in the game and against super villains. I am using Ranged Damage Build which is working the best at the moment.

    INT/End/Con would be my first SS pick- assuming ya pick up Wind Reverb or Ionic Reverb as the energy unlock (the build is lacking an EU atm). Would also get you Guardicator so ya get a boost to ur Defense stat from specs (gets better as ya level up w/ better gear). Gear would focus mostly on the 3 SS's, w/ a bit of Rec and Dex on the side or via talents.

    Hurricane can get ya much AoE aggro in Alerts and requires ya to stay close to ur enemies, so ya may want to consider getting Typhoon around lvl 20 or so- then ya can at least open w/ some nice alpha strikes from upto 100ft away. Otherwise, improving survival is the usual of adding a regular heal (prob Conviction here) and 1-2 ADs like Masterful Dodge, Unbreakable, and/or Resurgence. Can also consider getting Rebirth as extra insurance.

    Can also keep aggro down in Alerts by not using AoE as much and focusing on single-target dmg and/or some CC, like ranking up and using Gust or getting Upheaval or something. If using Ionic Reverb (better for energy w/ enough Electricity powers) then ya could consider using Lightning Arc instead of Gust as ur main single-target attack (using Thunderstrike to put up Negative Ions).

    That suggestion to use Int, Con, End worked pretty well when I transferred my lvl 40 to the test server.

    So I currently am sitting at lvl 28, I'm pretty happy with the damage so far but I still am pretty squishy, wondering what powers I should fill out the rest of my build with, trying to stay in theme with Storm powers while trying to make me survivable in larger crowds or supervillians.

    I may trade off thunderstrike for gigabolt for my opener once I get better gear for more rec. for it.

    If ya want more survival options to pick from: a normal heal like Conviction, a block enhancer, palliate/absolve, resurgence or unbreakable, ascension

    So I updated the build on the test server, currently lvl 32, I decided to get a defensive/balance passive power also and I'm leaning between Regeneration and Lightning Reflexes, I also swapped my Endurance Superstat for Recovery and swapped Thunderstrike for Gigabolt
