Powers:
- Removed the music from Flag Flight.
- Updated power tree so that Flag Flight rank 3 properly gives Flag Flight (3) instead of normal Flight (3).
- Changed Canadian Flag Flight charge to be Red/White instead of Red/White/Blue.

Costumes:
- Fixed the Ravenswood emblem material names.

Will the server be coming down soon to solve the Ravenswood Lockbox issue on LIVE? Or has it already been addressed?
