Flag Flight rank 3 bug

While using the new event Flag Flight [U.S. flag], ranks 1 and 2 are fine, but rank 3 is labeled "Flight" instead of Flag Flight, and the special visual aura is lost.

It seems taking rank three in Flag Flight actually grants the character rank 3 of NORMAL flight instead.

Untested on Canada Flag Flight, as I haven't received it yet.

    I've already submitted a fix for this and it should be live in the next push.
