Requesting Fire build help

I've been tinkering around on how to build a nice fire character. Originally, I intended it to be a fire/lightning build. But when i learned how weak Energy Storm was, I changed my mind. My toon is currently lv35 and still has his nem gear on. Below is the build I'm planning for him right now...

Need some insights on this build. This is my 2nd ff and my 1st time making a ranged fire toon.

So, the fire theme is really essential.

Well, the core of Fire dps is Fireball's UA + Conflag and firesnake's debuff, and w/ TR + Flashfire for energy it seems ya got that all covered. No need to rank up Concentration, though- that could be moved to Unbreakable.

I'd prob take a INT/Dex/Con SS setup here, though the one ya picked works too (assuming an Int and Con focus either way).

I can't really tell what other themes or powersets ya want aside from Fire here, as the build looks fine enough from a practical standpoint (though its not optimal dps using AoPM and Hybrid role, it does make for better self-heals and much easier energy management).

I mostly end up tanking the boss in either alerts or open missions. So I decided to take AoPM because it gives me a bit of survivability while having decent dmg. I'm thinking of turning him into a PvP fire build when I get my Justice. Is fire really suitable for PvP?

Also, I'm not really sure about Nanobot Swarm. I only picked it because I might have cd issues. Can you suggest another power? Force Geyser maybe? For it's 2 advantages?

The problem with using this build for pvp is that conflag (and flash fire) has a low range, and does not follow your target. But if you really want to make a fire pvp build force geyser would help a lot. If you decide to make it a pve build you could add heat wave + adv for adding dps on bossfights.

I've been tinkering once again and I found out that Form of the Tempest works well with my build. It gives dmg bonus and +44 energy per stack. Downside is it breaks my theme, but since it's a toggle I can let it slide. Below is the updated build, tell me what you think of it...

Yeah FotT + Dex PSS can work instead of Int PSS + Conc, though ur cd timers will be a bit longer w/o Int and AoPM won't give as much stat return w/o Int PSS.

I'd prob forget ranking Throw Fire and move that to R2 of Firesnake. Aqia's advise for Force Geyser is a good idea for pvp, though the special adv on Conflag can also allow it to track ur target.

Doesn't AoPM scale with any super stat? That's what's written in the description. I can't really remove Throw Fire's adv because I will only have 1 adv left.

AoPM does scale w/ SS's, but I mean that Enlightened and Expertise in Int PSS help w/ AoPM builds even more.

The choices for the Dex setup look okay.
