Any suggestions especially whether Constitution or Strength should be the primary, which secondary statistics, and a way I could fit one more of a thematic power in there like Devour Essence or the Ebon Rift?
Are powers redundant?

Dark Transfusion strikes me as unnecessary and a bit too detrimental here. Ya dun really have any expensive moves, and ur using Defiance, Fuel My Fire or Physical Peak, and an energy-granting toggle already. If ya want a bit more energy on top of that, then MSA is fine for this build (could also use Thermal Reverb + End if ya take Aftershock on Brimstone and charge that rather frequently), and that comes w/o having to put a notable self-dmg and inc heal debuff on ya from using DT.
Ya prob also want Merciless' 15% severity in Vindicator. I'd get it over Modified Gear and/or Rush of Battle.

Do I need a knock to generate enrage?
Would I have a lot of use of Arc and its debuff and disorient?
Yea, knocks (or knock attempts, rather) stack Enrage, though Cleave can also stack it innately. That means Quicksand won't stack it normally, iirc.
