You know I don't appreciate your remark. It was not very professional. I never mentioned giggles or laughs. I've been with this game since open beta and am a lifetime member and spend hundreds of dollars a year on this game and have never been disrespected like that. I feel the issue needs to be addressed and asked you to either reopen or forward my concern to the proper support team. I must assume you as a professional have done the latter. If not please let me know so that I may take this to someone who cares and is more professional.
