Why is Royal Quest asking me for a PIN code?

I've been playing the game for a while now, and I never created a PIN but it's asking me to enter the "PIN I created." What the hell?

    Options
    When players enter the game for the first time, the system asks to create a Pin Code to protect your account in the future. If you have forgotten your Pin Code, please, submit a ticket to our Technical Support with your account details (e.g. how many characters you have, nickname and lvl one of them). Thank you in advance.
