    Same here. Try to shut the game and Arc and I still have the same login message : Arc authentication error. Please try again.

    Seems to be back up again this morning - just a couple of client side crashes so far

    Mine still is not working. Still unable to connect to surver.

    I hope this does not happen to me, or I am just gonna call it quits on Arc for this game... an am sure my free premium got used up by now

    To resolve this problem, we recommend you to check the client version of Arc and install the latest updates.
    In that case, if the problem persists, please send a ticket to Arc Support (http://support.arcgames.com).
    We are doing everything that is possible from our side in cooperation with the Arc Games to minimize the appearance of these problems.

    well i have an issue with this i think but i was playing i tried to switch chars and now will not let me back into the game...

    There was some connection issues through Arc platform. Now everything should be resolved. Please, try to connect to the game again.
