Endless loop of auto-logout

For some reason, when I visit the forums after being logged in, I am put into an endless loop of the forum trying to auto-log out. It gets the point where it triggers what looks to be a brute force prevention that presents me with a CAPTCHA.
I can log in and post, browse around etc. but after a couple of hours if I return to the forums, I get this logout loop.

Dear Devs: I enjoyed the Legacy of Romulus expansion much more than the Delta Rising expansion. .
