seen to be only one person posting in here all the time so is the game dead of dead ...

    Well, of course it's dead since a lot of peeps can't install it:

    We have quite a considerable amount of Arc players, but looks as most of them prefer to use our offficial forum or Facebook page for communication.

    No, I don't want to share any personal information, sorry.
    But why does it matter?

    Why Royal Quest and Elsword could possibly depend on where you live?

    Anyway, if for some weird season these games allow you to play only from some selected countries then they should state that under game requirements (so that you wouldn't feel stupid when trying to install them).

    We have already encountered several cases when so-called 'regional restrictions' were caused by issues with a certain ISP. This error can be fixed.
