In particular when clicking on a forum thread the page will load you somewhere right below the threads first post, somewhere in the middle or at the bottom. Additionally when reading through a thread and clicking the next page icon at the bottom the next page loads but keeps your view at the bottom of the page, forcing you to scroll up to the top to begin reading.
