cant log back in game

in Royal Quest
i was playing the game fore about 1 hour decided i wanted to play another char. when i logged out to char screen i keep getting the Error "connection to log in server timed out". tried everything i can think of to get back in game and i get samething.

    Exactly the same thing is happening to me and now i cant get into the game. :(

    Can't log in either. It's pretty annoying considering I have purchased premium that's just going to waste because of this.

    There was some connection issues through Arc platform. Now everything should be resolved. Please, try to connect to the game again.
