Minner Settlement - Common Cause Quest Bug

in Vanilla Forum Migration Bug Reports
Unable to progress through the quest line as I have beaten the Miner Settlement quest and claimed the rewards but did not receive credit for it through the Harper quest Common Cause. Tried abandoning the quest and picking it it back up but now Harzrah Stormhammer won't offer me any of those quests. Anyone else have this problem? Or any ideas on how to fix this?

    This should be in the Neverwinter section, not the Vanilla bug reports section. As I can't move it from where it is now, have you checked in PE for the proper NPC?
