Notifications Can No Longer Be Deleted

in Vanilla Forum Migration Bug Reports
So as the title says, notifications no longer show the little X in the upper right corner and thus cannot be deleted. This began sometime tonight / this morning, as I have successfully deleted several notifications before that with no issues.
