Guardian Items

is it only one character that gets the title and items cause I made a rogue and he did not get them but my Cleric was my first character and got all items, titles bells and whistles.

    I got Hero and Guardian. My first character got all the items but I rerolled without claiming it, now none of my new characters get the mail. So it doesn't look like you're the only one.

    First off why is the sec post make as a staff post?

    as to question I do believe there a NPC that you can go and claim them.

    There is indeed an NPC, but there is an 85 page long post of people who are not receiving their guardian pack items.
