I had the same issue. I also had an issue where some of the mobs were invisible and still hitting me with their ranged attack.

I tried swapping between my USB headset and my desktop speakers. The only way it would swap, even when I told it to in the options, was if I restarted the game.

Hmm, weird. I have a Naga Hex and have thumb 1-3 mapped to alt, shift, & ctl, but I didn't try using 4,5, or 6.

I didn't try that, because I have alt, shift, and ctrl mapped, which worked fine, but I will try mapping something else during the next beta. Although I was able to remap things to my Logitech G13, but I have it setup to use the keyboard key values instead of the G key values. Do you have your Naga setup as Mouse buttons…

7. When I created Human it says that you get 2 extra feat points, but I never saw them. Now I didn't play a human for more that about 12 levels, so maybe they show up later than that.
