• I have this exact same issue. I've done it 4 times now. 2 characters on Saturday, 2 on Sunday. They play through the tutorial, reach the town at level 4 and bang. Done. If I exit, can't log out, and log back in my quest will be missing as well.

• I (direct) downloaded just fine last night and installed this morning. However, the patcher is running super slow though. The Server Status icon is red... is there a known issue currently?
