Bliz tried this and all it did was bring out the BAD players. It is a good idea in theory, but it just don't work out. It wouldn't matter if you had AD or not, this is only for "real money" spenders, as you only get put into drawing "if" you buy zen with real money and then xfer it to neverwinter.

If you had keeped up with the posts or visited test server you would know you need a tier 3 boom, 10k gs, to even travel to icewind dale. and you can only get these at lvl 60.

you guys are getting the wrong idea. I am talking about PW "forcing" people who only want 1 character to lvl a 2nd one (and then doing the rep/gear grind), if they want the new artifact.
