• By chill immunity you mean the fact that the chills do not show or the fact that they do not stack?And i do like the ice however i do not like the ray of frost. And i heard that Shield has been nerfed and my question is that the shield is still viable to use or should i put in something else.???

• i was considering of using this build http://nwcalc.com/cw?b=l9b:4yq64:a6lv,1000000:60000:60000:60000&h=0 after reading everything about it.And i have 2 questions.First is shield still worth putting in after the recent nerfs on it and make the build you suggested or it's fine as it is. i do not know how it's at high levels…
