  • Same. On Shaw cable in BC (100Mit). Speed test and routing show no issues yet I cannot log in. Launcher is super slow to load and then either fails to authenticate or just sit there doing nothing.

  • Full wipe of all items and currencies keep levels. Give everyone enough AD and Gold to buy store brought Amour and Weapons. Refund all real money ZEN. Move on.

  • Wipe all assets everything, amour,weapons, crafting assets, bags you name it! Refund all legit paid for with real money ZEN. Keep levels gained.
