The patch notes do not mention anything (at least not that I could see) regarding if a free respec will be available to each character on an account? With the new level cap and class "rebalancing" (i.e. nerfing the hell out of the Control Wizards Storm Spell) will there be respecs given to each player's account?

Well this is just GENIUS!! NOT!!!. There was 4 Hours left of the 2 x XP Event and CTA: Gate Crashers Event. I was 16 Battle Medallions away from the Bluefire Symbol I wanted for my Cleric (284 out of 300) and they take the EFFING SERVERS DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE??!!??
