I play an HR, all ranged Dragonborn character. I just got my crit chance up to mid 90's (with buffs) and since the updates, my stats are staying at mid 60's. I'm totally confused on how I have lost 30 crit chance. I've gone over all my boons, companions, gear, everything and cannot find how I could loose that much crit…

Anyone else able to log in yet? I'm getting an error message Error 36: A file was locked that could not be open for writing. Even though it says that the server is available.
