the reason of why zen can be converted into AD is simple, the game developers are moneh horny.. nothing new. Also, new content = new tier gear = ppl need to buy more zen for RL monz to get the AD to buy the gear..

was a bitter disappointment for me aswell, 100% pay to win game... wtf make epic items BoP ! and the fact that there is a party leader in pvp who can just kick people is sooo bad ! it is beeing abused so hard, make a voting system instead to kick the afkers.
