Actually guys if you look on the launcher it says "We are performing maintenance from 15:20pst to 15:50pst." which is now. So that's probably why no one can log in. Go take a break for half an hour and come back :)

It's a Stress-Test weekend. They want a bazillion people to log in so that they can see what happens to the servers under stress. 9 times out of 10 the first problem you'll find on a stress-test is that you can't log-in, either because the servers are full or the Log-in servers can't handle the influx of new people.
