And I still have 31 AC on my GF when I should have 35 with Shield Defense feat...

Still waiting for some kind of thing saying "No its working properly you just can't see it in your character screen but its getting fixed" or "No its not working right, its broken, here is your free respec."

Same here, only getting +1 when I should be getting +5 (35 AC)

My buddy and I found out that one of us logging out would allow the other to turn the quest in (maybe the bug has something to do with other players being in the instance as talking with her pulls both players into the conversation). Hopefully this helps others complete it.
