Thanks :) I'll have to check up on those spelling errors. Though I had gotten them all... Yours was enjoyable, but I think you could go weirder with the environments, get more creative. I have to agree with kamalii, the encounter stacking can be frustrating, and the environments are a bit too big to progress slowly…
This is a really cool idea! :) Please check mine out: The Stolen Amulet - NW-DPTEETULF Hope it's to your liking. I'm working on a part 2 with returning characters and the same villain ^^
Please check out mine: The Stolen Amulet - NW-DPTEETULF Story dungeon experience. Working on part 2 <: I'll start working through people's dungeons here, when I have time. ^^
One way to do it would be if you spawned a new version of that NPC with the new dialouge, right after the players aquired the last item. That's all I can come up with for now.
Working on my first Foundry Quest, and this is good notes to remember, I constantly worry that the encounters will be too easy and/or boring. What would be the best leveled character to test the combat with, though? It'd be nice to have one go-to test level. Also, soft launch, or be able to share a beta version with people…
The sessions with the Penny Arcade guys and Wil Wheaton is also fantastic. 2010: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqXqK3ZlqWI 2011: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmTINEnGwnc 2012: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGXctw8IuGA And with the main staff of Robot Chicken: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TJN1JvnRGWE
Wow, I look away from the forums for a bit and I get some great comments! ^^ Thank you everyone! Would love to do more of these, maybe after the game launches and I can get some more experience with the content and stuff, or just after the next beta weekend. It'd probably be easier to find funny things if I was looking for…
Maybe not a bug, but if it is as restricted as some people has pointed out (it's in the class builds too), there should be some change, either do some real re-rolls or allow us to distribute points ourselves.
It's actually a general problem; You kill the important enemy first and set off a cutscene where you have no control and get ganged up on by the rest of the enemies.
Same problem, still haven't found one that works. Would be nice to see them, hopefully this isn't a feature? xD Since you can choose to hide appearence on the character sheet... I was looking forward to getting my helmet, too xP
Guardian Fighter! I always tend to lean on the heavier classes, be it in games such as Skyrim or Dragon Age, or in real DnD, so I want to know how it feels in Neverwinter! Plus the Control Wizard looks neat as well!
