I just had that same incident happen when I was doing Heroics in the Stronghold and attacking a "normal" mob... I was attacking the target and the Soul Puppet was just standing there, so I moved within melee range, attacked the target and backed off and then the Soul Puppet started to attack. Just to add to this thread; it doesn't work for the "Blue" named one either... It seems that only the "Purple" named will update the Collection and quite frankly, the Companion isn't worth the AD at that level.

I tried for over 30 minutes to put in the code and it doesn't work, keeps saying its "invalid." Yes, I found it and yes I'm entering it in correctly. Just sent an email to Support so let's see what happens? ((started putting in the code today at 11 PM - PST))
