The root of all the QQ is people got used to seeing a cw in pvp, and thinking AH free kill. Now they don't always get the free kill and are upset that they might bite off more than they can chew attacking cw and just charging streight at them. pugs do not stack, they just happen. of course cw's are now another free kill for most once again.

I went controller to be useful to others, They forced using chill on us, it was always available, they just killed alternatives. Does immunity to chill mean that the second part of shatter regarding immune kicks in? Or should I just switch to thaum ?

well they giving 3 seconds immunity from chill after shatter giving GF shield blocks IR and chill I'd say pretty soon CW will be back to "free kill" status. The way people tend to rush through dungeons with the go go go mentality, I usually forget to use them. Chill stacks have always gone through shield. as for GF, put up your guard and put a blue dragon glyph on and everyone on your team gets the coverage and anyone attacking them get blue dragon damage. Boom you are now a OP tank

lot of pvp gear same same. someone dropped the ball on that bad. People spending stuff due to false info that they would not otherwise spend. Lot of upset people about such. Possibly not a particular thing, but some setting with all vendors and someone miss placed the tool tip thing. Bad bad Bad.
