I'm confused as to what the problem actually is? Were people clearing dungeons so fast they were getting so much loot that they were breaking the economy or something? They've refused to fix rewards in T3 dungeons so I kind of find that hard to believe. Every time they nerf classes/items they tell players that this or that…
The devs have said that it isn't tied to the amount of damage you deal. Then the same people claim that it is based on anecdotes. This same circle jerk has been happening for years.
Lets be honest, the only reason Cryptic won't bring back loyal is because you don't have to slot as many R12s on it as you do IG gear. It's not OP, it's just cheaper to use (at least at the prices on the AH before they cut off the supply).
PVP players have to do lots of PVE to make AD for their PVP equipment but PVE players almost never have to do PVP to earn stuff for their PVE equipment. It isn't really a double standard because the PvE content that PvP players have to participate in isn't difficult enough that their gear will matter much. So a PvP player…
This pretty much means you're spending money to avoid having to play parts of the game. If you get to the point where you've you're spending money to get AD it's time to ask yourself if you even enjoy playing the game any more.
These are the kinds of stats relic gear had before we complained that we don't need raid sets to have recovery. This isn't something new; these are the stats they've been putting on gear by default since mod 7 because they either don't understand end game builds, they've forgotten about the complaints players had before,…
The thing is that restrictions like you're asking for actually prevent the types of matches that would actually matter for a leaderboard from being counted. pugstomps where one team sit at a campfire just skew data in ways that aren't helpful whereas a premade match is more relevant towards evaluating a player. This…
First of all: Holy run-on sentences Batman. No, I didn't ignore the point of your post. PvP players like to brag about skill but the thing is when you have a game as dead as Neverwinter PvP it never gets to the point where it's actually competitive. The community is too small and it doesn't attract the types of players…
What does it matter if they do or do not exist? The whole point in a feedback thread is to ask the devs to make changes. Asking them to restrict things further as you did makes absolutely no sense. Furthermore they could get rid of the leaderboard for all it matters. It's just a ruler for people that are compensating for…
I mean half the reason why they'd have private queues is for the epeen warriors to beat each other up instead of pugs. If you want to disable the scoreboard or its affect on your record just make the an option when the queue is made.
The pilgrim gear is waaaaaaaaaay overpriced for what it is. I'd just go with Drowcraft gear before paying 187k AD for armor if I was on an undergeared main. For alts I'd just get Relic gear with seals. The only way this would be remotely worth it is if it was something like 40k AD for a full set of armor. The bonuses also…
It's a 400 seal limit per week. I don't really understand the purpose but I don't really care either. I'll be sticking mostly with vivified relic gear anyways because the stats on the Primal gear are pretty bad.
Their proposed solution is to eventually eliminate PvP gear so that shouldn't really be necessary. The amount of glory they could reward without encouraging exploits is so small it wouldn't be worth it. They'd be better of adjusting rewards in the normal queues so that lower ilvl players are still rewarded.
I mean this is a necro but there are two fixed spawns by the buildings bordering the fey area. Overall the quest isn't really worth the extra effort but it's easy enough to finish.
