Have the same issue. Having only just downloaded I was on character creation screen when I got disconnected. Website seemed to go down also as couldn't connect to support.cryptic through my browser (chrome). Whenever I tried to open the launcher it failed to connect. After an hour I can now connect and launch the game but…
