SO, if the Unstated lvl1 value is 8%, than rank 2 is an increase to that by 12% = 8.96%, and rank 3 is 10.03%. That defiantly would make sense and would equal the numbers I am seeing. I am with you, Clarification would be nice. Do People who work with the game ever get on here and comment?

After testing more I have confirmed that Anointed Holy Symbol is only giving 10% Temp HP at Max Rank. What needs to be done to get this fixed?

I will have to recheck now. My apologies, I did expect to see the Temp HP on myself. Just to confirm, what I should be experiencing at rank 3 AHS? After I cast a divinity encounter, nearby party members will get 30% or there Total HP as Temp hp?

You have to go through the campaign, in the Quest menu. You need to unlock each step that leads up to Lair and Teurn. If you are starting now, it will probable take a month to unlock it.
