What we get is like nothing compared to before the patch. It seems like the wizards have it worse than us, though I've gotten chased a lot in some of the skirmishes (which still isn't too bad as long as the group's working on the adds).

I'm in Mindflayer. I have trouble getting a group on my DC, but can usually find a cleric on my TR alt. Go figure.

I'd say Mindflayer if you want some population, but not all of it. But honestly, you're going to come across rude people and the like anyway. I play Mindflayer and Beholder (definitely smallest population) and I have a hard time getting dungeons/skirmishes put together sometimes, so I'd really recommend Dragon if you want…

There are apparently (according to other people on here) already files for the ranger, but it hasn't been implemented yet for whatever reason. Either not done working on it or just saving it for future content to keep people playing. I agree that for a "launch", the game needed a lot more content to start out with, but...…

There could possibly be another way for new players to get answers. The Zone chat is so filled with trade and bantering anyway, it might be nice to implement some sort of question or mentor system to help people out.

I'd say either CW (fairly quick, but also a supporting role) or GWF (DPS, but for mob focus). DC's never going to be the fastest, most powerful class. Of course, you can always give it another try. You could get used to the playing style.

Thanks! I forgot about the buff. I thought my attributes seemed oddly high. I have a CW on the side, I'm just a little attached to DC. Honestly, soloing is much easier since the patch, so I think we must have gotten buffed somewhere, but I don't know about dungeons yet. I'm taking people's word for it they suck right now.

As long as it won't cause problems at endgame, I don't really care. Just wanted to double check if it'd be worth it or not to start over.

I don't think it's so bad to need to use a potion here and there, but the reduction makes us all the more reliant upon our teammates. Trying to support them and ourselves is hard to balance already. This makes it tougher.

Oh, I definitely like it. I'm looking forward to getting my higher level spells and if they patch some of the problems with all the mobs on my tail (especially when nobody's attacking them!), then I'll love it 100% more.
