• recommended graphics are highest but that would only make it worse? (got render scale and gaphics on lowest quality atm)

• AMD Radeon HD 6650M and patch didnt solve my problems (its esp. at bosses that spawn tons of adds) I've also watched on my Windows Task Manager and my Page File Usage History is at ~73% all the time, Maybe that has something to do with it? :<
