Well you further reinforced my argument. . .Specific build and play style with all your passives, feats and boons syncing up. An unbuffed Anvil of Doom against a healthy target is nothing special. My Tactician cannot do that and nor can a Protector.

How many people crying about the Negation have Barkshields or abused Bloodthefts? Wouldn't be surprised if it is most of them. Your ex-OP enchant is now useless, you can't sell it, so you have a cry about another one that works. Swamp the lifeboat so everyone drowns mindset.

It isn't just the slowness. Sometimes it won't even activate even when the animation kicks in. Your toon raises shield, the stamina bar doesn't move and you eat 100% of the damage. It also drops for no reason sometimes, so you block then the next second you are being battered while holding shift. Shield is problematic.

Incomparable to what it used to be. I could easily hit the daily refining cap from 2x PVP dailies and a handful of dungeon runs. Unless you have established yourself as a crafter, you can pretty much say goodbye to AD.

Yes, a CW standing on mid spamming Oppressive Force because of an AP DC is not game-breaking at all. A SM GF in a permanent state of damage immunity (Steel Defense) and CC immunity (Villain's Menace), no problem. That is actually funny in a sad way.
