Same problem here; it started with Doomguide's Duty. Have 2 quests where I cannot progress. Also, when you then leave the instance you have to restart from the beginning.

Just happened to me in eTOS. I can see the Elemental Assault Coat in there and it won't let me loot it :-( Looks like GM Help does not work : it says a ticket was successfully submitted, but when you go list your tickets, there are none. Not nice.

If it is not functional, why on earth is it in the game??? I just added a bunch of funds to my Steam Wallet because Steam Wallet is the only Zen purchase option that comes up in the game, but it doesn't appear to work. Are you saying that I just wasted my money?
