yep, I'm sure. Look at the names of the materials. They correspond with the names of the MW2 equipment crafted. The amount of materials required was reduced recently (with the release of M13 I believe) as those items crafted by MW2 became reagents to progress to MW3, and as such were too expensive to produce *for those…

Chains of Blazing Light (DC Encounter) immobilize does not trigger unless the power is used as an opener directly on the foe .

Wondering this myself... I can find zero sources for details of Pure and Tranc Briartwine, and I do not have the AD to buy a perfect (or any other version) and refine it myself. Would love info to decide whether it would be worth saving for one...if it has a nice bonus ... like a root :P
