The GWF needed more damage on at-wills and lowered cooldowns on encounters. Not more survivability in tank spec and extra survivability on Tab ability. DR/CC Immune/Temp HP is too much. Get rid of the DR or Temp HP. Give them the damage they deserve.
Maybe when I am better geared but right now it can kill a person through AS and that is exactly what I need a lot of the time. It also has a fast enough animation where you can BR --> lunge --> Anvil while they are getting up.

I dumped mine at 57 and switched to GF. It is much better in my opinion and a lot more fun to play. The paragon trees are set up much better as well. You are still just as not wanted for end game content, but at least you are a lot more playable, and a lot better in pvp.
