• So, sry i am not a native speaker, did i understand right? 1. No mob has more than 22 % dmg rdc. 2. So, after i have reached my 22 % armor pen, there is no need for more. 3. Armor pen can not bring dmr rdc from a mob under 0. So in party play with armor pen i bring it to 0 %,and debuffs from others below 0? Greetings

• So, according to this guide, should I Increase Str > Cha > Dex ? I think, i ve read somewhere that this is the most effective order to increase stats?
