I am also having this issue. Push to talk does not work, cannot speak or hear anyone. The Start Recording Button is not there when testing the mic. I have changed from windowed, to windowed max, to full screen and there is no difference.

Hi All the voice chat is not working for me. In the Microphone Test, the "start recording" button is not showing; however, a green bar moves when I speak. When in a party the icon was there showing Voice Chat availability next to my avatar; however, now after playing with the setting and restoring default it has…
