Well that's where my primary concerns are stemming from. I did not make the transition from 3.5 to 4ed. I didn't like what I seen. Which is most likely why I haven't liked a lot of what I've seen in this MMO so far.

Agreed. Furthermore, yes, this is an open beta stage, which would suggest we need to have patience with the game's issues. Except many of us that have been around the MMO circle long enough realize "Open Beta" is merely a marketing ploy.
This game is a decent game in it's own right, but let's face it, it's clearly not in the spirit of traditional D&D, nor is it anything like the setting I've read in R.A. Salvatore's books. That being said, it's fun to play...when we can play. As long as I enjoy the combat, I'll play. The above mentioned factors bother me…
