Any word on when this will be fixed? I pick up a lot of treasure items to sell to the vendors. It is a bit tedious to individually sell hundreds of treasure items.

I am still having problems adding items to the Star of Simiril slots. I originally contacted support about it. The person said they passed it on to the developers. This was in December 2018. I have not heard anything since and I still cannot use the companion.

Any word about this being fixed? I am also having this problem. I made the companion inactive and active again with no change. I also logged out and logged in again with no change.

Where do we get our 5 lockbox keys for the 1000 zen level of the promotion? I purchased 20K and got all items except the 5 lockbox keys.
