I am having issues retrieving items bought on the AH for crafting, specifically potions. I am getting no error messages. This is happening on 2/3 characters. I click on the mail, I can read it, but I cannot remove the items. I have restarted PS4, restarted the game, and have tried switching characters.

I would appreciate a response. I understand that the patch notes seem to have eliminated astral diamonds from invocation-instead making it a "bonus", however the patch does not address the bonus that paid VIP Level 5 members are supposed to receive because the VIP dropdown - as of right now - still says that the paid VIP…

I want to add that VIP members at Level 5 are entitled to a 10% bonus of astral diamonds during invocation. Despite the patch notes, VIP members were not compensated or addressed AND it still says this on the rewards screen when you do invoke... yet you get no astral diamonds. It does not say bonus. What about VIP members?
